He will deliver me from ALL my troubles

Psalm 34:17

The righteous cry out and the Lord hears them; he delivers them from all their troubles. NIV

Psalm 34 holds multiple reminders not to worry. This is the first of several that I looked at this morning.

I love this verse.

I love that it ties beautifully to the verse in Daniel that I looked at yesterday.

God hears me. I will be delivered. From ALL my troubles, this verse says.

Already, this day has held several frustrations, mostly related to a summer storm we had a few days ago.

Whatever the rest of today might bring, God will be there, and I needn’t worry.

That’s what I’ll think about today.
